Make sure to have a CRYSTAL CLEAR POSITIONING STATEMENT and once you do then COMMUNICATION to your Target Market becomes much easier.
KEYS TO POSITIONING
-Be Unique=What is the 1 thing that POSITIONS you as the ONLY company in the world that can do this? THINK EXTREMES!
-Make it Benefit Oriented=Know your Target Market and what they need.
-PROMOTE YOUR STRENGTHS
-Don’t Let Price Determine your Positioning
