March of Dimes Story

Prematurity is the leading killer of America’s newborns. More than 500,000 babies are born prematurely every year in the United States. Those who survive often have lifelong health problems, including cerebral palsy, mental retardation, chronic lung disease, blindness and hearing loss. The March of Dimes helps raise money to fund important research for babies and support families whose baby were born too soon or sick.

Jake and Josh Aron were born 17 weeks early and weighed 1 pound 2 ounces. They were the size of a soda can. The odds were against them to survive. It’s a story that Huddle Productions wanted to share with you in this video production.
